How do I choose which board to buy?
If you’re having trouble deciding which board to purchase, we recommend getting in touch with us through our Contact Form. We can find out what it is you’re looking for in a board and point you in the right direction.

How does my order help Sustainable Coastlines?
A percentage donation is made from every sale to Sustainable Coastlines to help run events, educational presentations to schools, and coastal clean-up operations. In short – your order helps to keep our beaches perfect.
Is there somewhere I can pick up my order from?
Unfortunately we do not have a pick-up location at this stage. If you’re in Auckland and need your order urgently, please get in touch through our Contact Form, as we may be able to make an exception.
Why has my board become squeaky?
The trucks should come well lubricated and need very little maintenance, but they can get squeaky (especially in the more humid months). If they do, an application of grease on the joints will keep everything moving smoothly and quietly. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for assistance through our Contact Form.
What kind of warranty does my board have?
